Trump is trying to blow
up the strategy he pushed for to end Obamacare
The president tweeted that
the Senate should vote to repeal the Affordable Care Act without a
replacement lined up, but that tactic is precisely what he had
persuaded GOP leaders not to use earlier this year. House Speaker
Paul Ryan, who had urged an incremental change, has now joined in
calling for a return to a two-step process of repealing first.
